programs

Since its inception, Grobanites for Africa has worked to support the Josh Groban Foundation in its efforts to help the people of Africa through contributions to some very special programs. These programs are chosen by the JGF for the quality of their work and for the fact that donated funds go where they're most needed.....to projects that directly help the children, not to overhead or administrative costs. Some of the projects supported by the JGF in Africa:
  • Relief for famine victims in Niger, through Operation USA
  • Support for Keep A Child Alive, which provides antiretroviral treatment to children and families with HIV/AIDS
  • Construction and purchase of kitchen appliances, showers, toys and school supplies for the Zamimpilo Orphanage in KwaMashu, South Africa
  • Support for Project 46664, which works to combat the global HIV/AIDS pandemic. Grobanites for Africa is pleased to have provided a $10,000 donation to this program through the JGF.
