How to make the Tender Totes:

1 yard of fabric will make 4 totes. You will also
need cord for the draw string, 30-32 inches per tote. I use 1/4" cotton cord (17 cents a yard at WalMart).

Cut a piece of fabric 22" x 16".
Fold fabric in half- right sides together.
Sew 1 short end and side together.
Fold top down 1 1/2" and press. Stitch to make
casing.
Turn right side out.
Pick seam on outside for draw string.
Insert draw string and tie a knot at the end.

Pretty easy, huh?
