"We were absolutely delighted to receive the
hats, blankets, pillowcases, totes and dolls for the patients of Childrens
Hospital of Los Angeles. Your gift had a very positive impact on our
young children who face difficulties most adults would find
challenging. We all enjoyed seeing your visually stunning
gifts! It was so obvious they were made with special love and
care.
Childrens Hospital cares for some of the sickest
children in the world. We are fortunate to have extremely gifted
doctors and nurses at the bedsides of these patients performing true
miracles in their pursuit of healing. But to us, the real heart of
the hospital is in friends like you who give for the sake of giving -
asking nothing in return.
We are honored
that you chose to send these special gift items to our little ones in Los
Angeles. Please accept our gratitude for your thoughtfulness and
generosity. And thank you for helping the children and parents find
their smiles once
again." Children's Hospital of Los Angeles |

"I am both thrilled and humbled to be able to participate in the Covered With Love project that makes beanies and blankets for our nationwide Children's and Shriner's Hospitals. Josh's music has inspired myself and so many talented, giving and caring women across our country and abroad who want to do this work for the kids. Being the aunt of a child we lost to cancer, who was a patient at the Women's and Children's Hospital of Buffalo, NY, it is only fitting that I should want to be a participant in this wonderful heartwarming project. The need is there, and it is a way for me to give back in Josh's name to something that is very precious and near and dear to my heart. I am fortunate to have met so many wonderful ladies who are participating in this project. Thank you Josh and your entire family for allowing us to make a difference for the wee ones." Beverly |

"Ditto here. I
loved working on the project, but was sad to think that children had to be
seriously ill to receive our gifts. Hopefully, the little totes and pillow
cases will brighten their days in the hospital." |
"I would like to give my heartfelt thank-you to the Groban Family and Grobanites For Charity for providing the Covered With Love Team an opportunity to serve the young patients at the Shriner's Hospitals and the Children's Hospitals around the country. I add to this my sincere thank you to the ladies who have made this project the resounding success it has become. It came from an idea, but you made it a reality. The smiles that you have put on the faces of children facing illness and adversity is unforgettable. The love that you put into each beanie and blanket shines through with such warmth everytime. These young children truly are Covered With Love." |

"On behalf of all the staff, the
babies and parents of the Neonatal Intensive Care and Critical Care Unit
of Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles, I just wanted to express our
appreciation for the donations of baby hats and beanies your organizations
have provided us in October 2007.
It is becoming all too rare these days
to find a group of people that go to great lengths to make life a little
easier and more normal for the families experiencing personal crises that
are not highlighted by media attention. You have given us something
we most definitely need. Whenever we look at and use the infant
hats, we will think of you with fondness and heartfelt
gratitute."

Critical Care Unit

The
bags and pillow cases are spectacular. We spread them out and put them on
display in our Board Room for a day or so that our staff and hospital
guests could come up and see them before we put them to use. The fun and
colorful material will appeal to our children aged from birth to 18 yrs
old. We wish all the Heavenly Dreams and Tender Totes project participants
great pleasure and a huge sense of pride and accomplishment for a project
well done We are thrilled, honored, and grateful!" |
